Our doggy handling methods are based on proven methods for a happy pack. We regularly use time outs—temporarily placing dogs displaying behaviors that disturb pack calm and safety (excessive barking, overly rough play, or mounting) into solitary, safe environments. Reach out with any questions.

Camera not working? Outages happen, but usually come back online within a few minutes. Please contact us if a camera is out more than an hour or so.

New camera system:

It’s a long story, but Nest was no longer a viable option to stream to our website, so we have installed new cameras. We are doing some fine tuning, but we’re pretty happy with the performance of our new system! We anticipate fewer outages than we had with Nest. Please let us know what you think when you come in.
